Five years ago if a fighter had anything in his/her water bottle other then water , you were suspended. It did matter if you had cocaine, sugar water , kool aid , gatoraid or minutemaid it was against the rules and any fighter caught with anything in their waterbottle other than water was reprimanded, even if he/she didn't their trainer was giving it to them unknowingly .
