So basically, just so Im clear here, what you are saying Freddy is that Nazims statements, Shanes doctor who examined the pads statement, Margaritos managers statement and the department of justice and CSAC findings do not matter. The only thing that does matter to you, the only thing that you will possibly accept as truth is Capetillo's statement about "accidentally grabbing the wrong premade knuckle pads" out of his gym bag, Margarito's claim of not knowing and Bob Arums interview where he claims it was hand cream. Sound about right?

Oh, I forgot the people you talked to who were at the hearing the claimed Margarito and capetillo looked completely clueless and lost as to what was going on.

 

listen....something illegal was done, YES and nobody is saying their innocent (well margo might be completely), but their is a huge difference from TRACES of something that can be found in a lot of things, then the actual PLASTER itself.....either way, the truth is neither of them would probably make a damn of difference, but if cheating was intended, then we need to know exactly what it was so that we can draw our own conclusions and decide for ourselves wether or not we're gonna keep following that mans career.....

there's different kind of people in this world bro, those that hate and wait for an opportunity to hang the man they've always hated, and those that wanna get down to the bottom of it and here all sides to the story before jumping the gun......

 

But its not the people who are bashing him or who were bashing him that placed the pads in his hand wraps. Its not their manager who made a statement saying they were pretreated 2 weeks prior. Its not their trainer who claimed to have accidentally grabbed the wrong pad and there is margarito claiming he did not know. It was being done a foot in front of his face.. i know his arms are long but come the **** on. Even if by some amazing feat he somehow missed it, he is still held responsible for his team.

Unless of course it is the CSAC, Nazim, Shanes doctor etc etc who you are claiming were the people in the ESB forums bashing Margarito 5 or 6 years ago, then it doesnt matter what the "haters" say or have said. You arent gonna change their minds and they dont have the ability to suspend or revoke boxing licenses.

As far as something being illegal, yes I agree, which is why I am fine with the 1 year ban. As far as the trace elements...no one knows for sure right now, maybe never will. All that matters again is that something illegal was done and the 1 year ban is warranted for that reason.

And there are actually 3 kinds of people..those w ho hate and look for a reason to hang, those that look to get to the bottom before they make a conclusive decision and those that refuse to accept reality and ignore the facts to make the claim he is innocent because of their..well I guess love would be the opposite of hate, so because of their love for him they turn a blind eye to the facts.
