I can point it out just from today actually, I dont need to sift through a million posts. You agreed that something illegal was done, but you think that Margarito should not be held resposible for it because capetillo took the blame. Even though Margarito is responsible for his team following the proper handwrapping rules , you choose to believe somehow he wasnt aware of this and he is completely innocent of all wrong doing. These are things youve said today. Read through your own posts from today and show me where I am wrong. To defend someone who allows his trainer to take all of the blame and take the side of the extremely flim argument that he "didnt know" is whats truly pathetic. The man has been in boxing for 15 years, you mean to tell me he did not see Capetillo grab a pre made knuckle pad from the gym bag, while wrapping his hands within a foot of his own face? the facts are there, he is at least guilty of that, which alone merits a 1 year ban for MARGARITO as well as Capetillo. As far as the plaster goes...thats a different story. Not only are you defending someone who knowingly broke the rules, but you're also defending someone who refuses to take any responsibility for it. And you do this while claiming its "for the sake of boxing" and you're "standing up for fighters"...but in reality you're doing it because you are a fan of Margarito. There is no shame in that, just admit it instead of trying to convince everyone of the bull**** that spews from your mouth while you critisize everyone else about knowing nothing about boxing, or being an idiot etc etc.

 

Ha, and i am a cool dude to debate with and outside of debating. Im not trying to be a dick, I just dont see how you can say that something illegal happened yet Margarito should not be held responsible and you disagree with his ban. When the only argument you have to go on is that capetillo took the blame, of course he did, after a year everything is ok, why wouldnt he? and that somehow, margarito was clueless as to what was going. Which are both very very very weak arguments. At a certain point Margo has to take responsibility, there is no completely innocent in this situation.

based on what i know, and have seen...it is easy to believe margo didnt know what was going on....you said it best, this mas has been a pro for 15 years, trained by the same man...a man he trusted like no other....so why the hell would he question a pad that looks and feels normal (not even sure he saw it or felt it but still).....have you fought before ?
when i use to get my hands wrapped i never once looked at the process, and that's real talk.....one time for a tournament i was so ****en nervous i didnt even notice that my ****en pinky was taped together to my other finger right next to it.......nerves are a mutha****er bro....

many people were asked "would you know if your trainer was loading your gloves with cement blocks" and of course everybody was saying , **** YES, NO WAY IN HELL DID MARGO NOT KNOW.....now that the picture is out, and proof that it never got hard, those people aint gonna come back and say something else, they're gonna stick to their guns cause they opened their mouths to soon and dont wanna look dumb now...

As for his use of hardened wraps against other opponents, notably Cotto, nothing has been proved, it's all speculations - the man is innocent until proved otherwise. I admit his wins leave a bitter aftertaste in retrospect tho...
