Hi, First off thanks for coming on the board and answering the questions. I want to order the fight but I want to sky plus it and watch it on delay. The guy on the phone said I couldnt do this if - a) I ordered via the phone and b) if my phone line wasn't connected. Is this true? If my phone line isn't connected can I not sky plus regardless of how I order it? Thanks in advance
The sky platform rules for recording a ppv event with sky+ are you must be previously registered to the service, order through the box office menu and have a phoneline permanently connected to your box Due to these rules you cannot record your first event with Primetime, as as per any Sky box office channel you cannot record if you need to phone/go online and receive a direct signal to your dish. So in short if your phoneline isn't connected you cannot record regardless of how you order
