so hang on, i just paid 40 bucks for 45 mins...?

no undercard, no studio talk with experts, no ringside analysis?

i buy most ufc's and it cost the same and pisses n shits all over that. disgraceful. in england they would have included all the undercard, had studio guests and probably would have cost 10 quid - possibly even free.

Best bet is always the pub - provided they are showing that particular card of course.

Years ago, when I had Foxtel ($19.95 p.m). I got stung 30 bucks by Main Event ppv & all I got was main event = Oscar De La Hoya vs ??
From than on, I mostly tuned-in & got audio, which was good enough. I ditched Foxtel couple of years later, when it reached 50 bucks p.m..........even tho I enjoyed "I Dream of Jeannie" & "World weather":lol:

P.S. I only subscribed to Foxtel, so I could watch Mordey's fight nites

Call up Main Event and demand a refund. That's absolutely garbage and a big reason I very rarely pay for fights.

It really is hard for boxing fans in this country to get a fair go. I usually watch most fights on youtube days after they happen.

ive always thought youd have to be a bit of a masochist to be a boxing fan in this country. growing up it was either overpay for **** foxtel or wait for print media of fights that were fought two months ago. its the reason i post so rarely in the boxing forum. i just cant keep up with whats currently going on.

Mainevent do not give a **** about boxing, they're happy to take easy money and do not care about repeat or long term customers.

It gets me spitting chips. I rarely buy a fight because you get **** all for it, except, & this is weird, if it's a **** undercard.

I'll get this fight by Wednesday. That will do me.

If people today saw what we had in the 70's they would laugh these programmers into a drain.

When Tony Mundine fought Kahu Mahanga, it out rated "In Melbourne tonight" TV ringside throbbed.

People say to me "But pops, the game is a lot different now" Well I say to them it's different only because of the indifference of these faking PC brigade & the haste that the media bow to them.

Boxing is just simmering in the background, It gets no media coverage & still out performs, crowd-wise,Basketball, & that stinking faking Austar shows almost every game they play, the carnts.

Until they get real about this faking rip off, they can jam their PPV right up their thieving anus. :fire:fire:fire:fire:fire:fire:fire:fire

I will only buy PPV fights from the USA, that means there will at least 4 fights on the card, I watch the card for free on the net
