    Simple as that.

All this theory I'm hearing - Haye will beat Audely because of A or B or C.

I agree - on paper Haye wins 10 times out of 10.

But real life is not lived out on paper.

Some people have just got other peoples number - its the way life goes round in circles.

Different people interact differently with different people - when certain energys clash.

Audley clearly has Hayes number - and is assuming the role of the master while actually treating Haye like a little boy.

It dosent matter if Haye beat Ruiz.

    And Audley lost to Rogan.

When Audely clashs with Haye in press conferences - Audley more than holds his own.

I know in the ring is when it really matters - but the signs are there - Audely will own Haye in the ring.

Audely will not **** himself like he did against Danny Williams in their first fight.

There is a different psycology to this fight for Audely.

Look how respectful Maccarinelli was of Haye before their fight - even mimciking Haye wearing a fashionable Hat - he allowed Haye be the alpha male and then on the night Haye dominated and destroyed him.

Audely - is the opposite - goading Haye - saying he got dropped - saying he is the master - Haye is the pupil - making fun of Haye on soccer AM saying he is glad Haye has a poster of him up on his gym wall and not in his bedroom :lol:

Then he got the inflatable dummy of Haye and punched it in the face and said be quiet David.:lol::lol::lol:

Audely is winning the psycolgical battle guareteed.

And on the night - Audely will win the physical battle too.

Audely knew Haye when he was just a little youngster - he looks down on Haye it dosnet matter if Haye won 10 world titles - to Audely he will always be just "little David".

It would be annoying, shocking and nice to see Audley beat Haye. Fufil the dream, the comeback, the real life Rocky, prove the doubters wrong etc

Haye is so much more talented than Audley with less mental demons stopping him from overcoming obstacles.

Watching Audley train yesterday made me fall asleep. He fights like he trains - slow, basic and with the odd explosion. One of those explosive moves could signal the end but its too little to rely on.

Haye is on another level and with his frightening speed and power should make a statement inside 3 rounds. However Haye might be underestimating him, his conditioning is horrible and his chin questionable. Complacency could be his downfall but its hard to see Audley survive one big shot and if he does, how will he survive the onslaught.

I doubt Audley believes himself when he says he'll be in Hayes face for every second. His best bet is to be really defensive, shut up shop, put the jab out there but look for the big punch. If he think she can box with Haye, trade with Haye or out slick Haye then it'll be a short night.

BUT I know alot of people who would like to see Harrison upset Haye. Sometimes I think I might be one of them.

haye has never knocked out a man as big and imposing as Audely.

minus the Sprott freak shot - Audelys chin has held up well.

A man the size and strength of Audley could probaly get a Crusierweight like Maccarinelli out of ther in 2 rounds too.

So Haye has alot to prove to shift Audely out of there.

A guy might be a bully and everyone is scared of him.

But for whatever reason - he cannot bully you - because he knows and you know - you just not scared of him and you have got his number.

But there might be another guy - who most people have little regard for - but somehow - he's just got your number and you cannot dominate him.

Theres no such things as a hardest man in the world - everything goes round in circles - different people have other peoples numbers.

The fact that you think Harrison has his number is a theory, plus, all prior performances point to Haye being on a level above Harrison, causehe has mixed in world class, won titles there.

    This^^^^^^^

Most of the time fights come down to stylistics, as most fighters at that level know how to apply themselves sufficiently, now those stylistic issues dont just go out the window cause one man apparently wants it more.

Makes you wonder why Audley let Haye beat up on him in sparring that one time if he has his number :yep

I find this topic very interesting.

In boxing in recent years - Roy Jones was the greatest - however - while Roy was the best fighter of his generation - Antiono Tarver always had Roys number.

Tarver knew it and Roy knew it too.

Overall Roy achieved more and is a more special fighter.

But Tarver always owned Jones psycolgically.

Its just different chemistrys mixing and having different results.

Agreed. Harrison is methodical and one paced, which is one of the reasons Haye will have so much success, that methodical style will allow him the time and space to set up his power, and Harrison cant, most probably wont change tac and be more aggressive, deny him that space, cause he is too cautious of a fighter to do that, plus, he has never shown he can do it before.

Tarver was a world class fighter though, he also had intangibles in height and reach, and even though most anticipated Jones would win, Tarver was able to make those intangibles stick.

Another boxing example in recent years.

Bernard Hopkins - the master of mind games - he upset Winky Wright he psycoligcally owned De La Hoya and Trinidad and Tarver.

But when he met Joe Calzaghe - he met a man - he just could not psycolgically dominate.

He tried - he gave it all the big "I was in the pentatary for armed robbery white boy" and telling him at the weight in point at his chest "I'm gonna break your heart" and giving him verbals.

But Calzaghe just shot right back - and gave him verbals back.

Watch the stand off - at the weight in between Hopkins and Calzaghe.

Hopkins makes one last big eefort to psycologically domiante Cazlaghe and he couldnt do it - Calzaghe just gave it to him right back.

Hopkins then pulled away with a "cant take it" look on his face.

Even after the fight at the post fight press conference - Hopkins who usaully is reveling in his evil genius was sulky and childish.

He just met someone in Joe Calzaghe who he could not dominate.

Calzaghe just got this inner steel in him.
