Can see it appealing to fans of Hatton/Bruno or those that are into these kind of 'Evening with ....' events.

Think Joe Calzaghe has done something similar as well.

I was at one of these designer shopping malls with a friend a couple of years back and Bruno happened to be there doing a photo opportunity session where you could pay to have your picture taken with him. I gave it a miss but he was proving to be quite popular!

"He is virtually a stand up comedian"

Is that true. I was under the impression he is not virtually a stand up comedian. Being slightly funnier than the average boxer does not make you a stand up comedian.

My god, sounds like Frank the pantomime plank Bruno is going to have a nervous breakdown as the main support before Ricky Hatton walks on with his Bernard Manning big book of jokes to send the audience into raptures.

Hatton loving thickos & Bruno ghoulish sickos, your tickets are in the post!

Hatton needs some new jokes, I've heard his rice crispies one over and over again.

    Don't know how new it is, but there was one in the paper today that made me laugh though;
"I know I'm known for putting weight on between bouts, but this time when I got back in the gym, I got on the rowing machine, and it sank!"

    :rofl:rofl

I've heard the rice crispies one a few times.
I also heard the bed one from the Mayweather fight a few times.
Few more he tells too often as well.

Another one he repeats all the time is the one about his father being so small he must have fallen off a keyring.

Seen him on the Al Murray show a couple of weeks back and he was getting more laughs than Al, so obviously some people like his humour.

Are you sure he was getting more laughs than the big baldy guy? When I watched hatton was just recycling old Bernard Manning jokes as usual & the host looked well pissed off with him for using such a cheap tactic to get laughs.

I mean, Hatton was ripping off Bernard Mannings jokes in front of a stand up comedian who would know every joke that was coming out of Hattons mouth before he released it, no wonder the Pub landlord looked as if he wanted to throttle him. Nothing worse than watching a man getting laughs from another mans jokes.

Im no fan of Al Murray, but he shits on Ricky Hatton cos he at least is funny off his own back.

Well I'll be pissed before I get there so no doubt I'll find everything hilarious.

It does have an air of 'car crash' entertainment about it
