He has to check his watch, like he wouldn't know roughly the time anyway and it's dead on 6 O'clock in the morning.

He may not be the best fighter in the world, but he talks a good game and can be pretty amusing, I'll give him that.

I'd actually say Harrison has better stamina than Haye.

Must be all that talking that's worn Haye down.

    C'mon Audley

I'm glad you've changed your avatar.

It was starting to freak me out that every time there was a mere hint of a mention of Audley, up he'd pop all dishevelled and carrying an axe.

dave you are respected in boxing and i'm wondering if you think this fight is a cop out for haye to make big money with very little threat (on paper) and gives him time to let both the klitchko's get that little bit older?

I don't see there being a high pace in this fight. Both of them are talking about a high pace but I don't see that materializing. They are both fairly cautious fighters really. I doubt whether the bad blood is enough to change that.

I also don't really see a clear edge in stamina, neither has the stamina to throw a high output of power punches. I'd probably rather be in Haye's position as far as stamina though, least we've seen him throw enough against Ruiz for 9 rounds. Not a blistering amount but more than I've seen Audley do for a while.

I think it would be good for HW boxing for Haye to win with ease, anything less would tarnish his repuation more than taking the fight did already. In some way I'd like Audley to do well, but I think the greater good of Haye v Klits is more important, so ultimately I would prefer an easy Haye win.

As for the fight, I think Haye is so much faster and more accurate than Audley. Harrison's reactions look much much slower than they used to be, so his upright cautious style is going to be very open to fast counters. I think the fight will not be that dissimilar from the Haye v Macca fight - a cagey opening with Haye landing one or two heavy counters (straight rights in this case) and finishing it in the next 2 or 3 rounds.
