Nobody really knows who Wilder is outside Alabama. If someone outside Alabama recognizes him it's only because they think he's LeBron James.

    A Force is the man!

great guy, very humble. shame he didn't live up to the expectations after the Olympics. Always seemed a good guy on the reality shows he did. Always gave me the opinion like he was really hurt by the fact he never made it on the world level.

Nobody will recognise fraudley if he walks in US lol
But he is well known in the UK. The British love their sport stars. And Harrison is a gold medalist.

They might know him for conning the UK public for countless years - for millions!

    Smh

Nothing more, no one remembers he's a gold medalist. They remember him as someone who talked a big game, but refused to throw punches in fights and got knocked out by journeymen. He was essentially a punching bag throughout his career and a "name" for potential superstars to step all over

Audley, Fraudly or whatever would of course in UK be easiest recognised, i shall not mock him he doesn't deserve that as 'he never really hurt anyone........':buenrollo:

He got the gold at Sydney Olympics so fair play to him, he made a nice bit of money in the pro ranks despite not achieving much, so he won't go down in annals of pro boxing history but frankly i would have been happy to get to Olympics as a boxer, let alone winning gold.

    Well, that’s not entirely fair.

He did what any boxer does, he fought his way up until he found his ceiling. He was too good for the domestic competition and good enough to get his chances at World Champions but ultimately he didn’t have the qualities to win a World Title.
