Audley has no intention to fight a klitschko if he wins.

If and thats the big IF he pulls it off he will not walk away from the money the REMATCH CLAUSE holds for him as the then defending champion.

Audley winning and then retiring could be the best scenario of them all. If Haye wins he will continue to avoid the Klitschkos. If Harrison wins and is forced to rematch Haye, it will not only take extra time, but Haye could win his title back. Either Harrison-Haye III would then occur or Haye would continue to run like a track star. If Harrison wins, retires, and vacates the belt, maybe Vitali or Wladimir could step in against Haye to re-establish a WBA champion. I don't know what the rules are for a vacant title - title fight, but Haye would no longer be able to dictate such ridiculous, exorbitant demands. If he does, the current WBA ranked #1 contender (I think Chagaev) could fight in his place.

    He's not obligated to.

Winning a world title at 39 after the whole world had written him (including the majority of even his own countrymen turning their backs on him) he'd have every right to retire on the heels of that accomplishment.

Anyone who knocked him for "ducking" the Klitschkos after beating Haye would be well out of line.

Agreed. Doubt it will happen (Audley winning) but he wouldn't need to justify to anyone if he did decide to retire.
