It's too early for Audley to fight for a title. It's only been 10 years since he won the Olympics. He needs time to learn his trade. I for one would like to see him have a rematch against Richel Hersisia. There is unfinished business there; some think that Hersisia was given a fast count. Also, we definitely need to see Harrison-Guinn 2. Williams-Harrison III is also a fight that is waiting to happen. Harrison is still a young man in today's heavyweight division. He at least derserves some time to develop before going for a title shot.
but he he is going for a title shot, and the poor little twat or big twat...i just cant see him winning it.
I'm glad Audley feels confident and appears to be training hard. I hope he does well against David Haye. If Audley does win, it will be a tale of adversity overcome. Audley went from a highly-hyped prospect with fights on US TV to crashing on the British scene. But he bounced back from it all with his recent string of wins and that Euro title he won last fight.
thats a fkn awful body suit the idiot is wearing hahaha Haye will not know what hit him if indeed he gets hit at all....
I have this a 50/50 fight. I will not be surprised if Audley wins this fight. If he lands the big one Haye will be knocked out, but if Haye lands Audley could get knocked out also. Audley has the reach and power to beat Haye. If Audley were to win, there is a rematch clause.
He's talked tough before but then frozen on fight night. There is nothing to suggest that things will be different here, especially after he eats a few punches. I hope he gives it a go, but am not holding my breath.
I am not a fan of Haye, but he can't possibly lose against Audley. Audley is so slow his hand speed reminds me of Valuev. I don't think he will land a single punch on Haye and will look incredibly clumsy, old and slow. All the guys Haye was in trouble against at CW (Mormeck, Fragomeni, Thompson) even though they were just average fighters were still head and shoulders above a near 40-year old Audley f'kin Harrison.
