i good boxer should be able to fight against anyone. if he has to pick and chose then he isnt very good at all really is he.
Audley let me be the first to welcome you to ESB no doubt you will be able to let you hands go next time...
I think in the Williams fight he expected to get the nod from the judges. After all, it was a Sports Network fight, and Warren (in his capacity as manager) had advised Williams to retire following the savage beating he took from Klitschko. Harrison just ran, and ran................... and ran - he made Junior Witter (from Judah) look like Ricky Hatton. Not sure about the Guinn fight, but he should have finished Sprott off. Again, he allowed himself to be outworked by Rogan, who in truth is a clubfighter (if that) - but yet he still thinks it is on for next year. But what promoter is going to put him on...... [Edit - people will turn up hoping to see him beaten]
He's just garbage as a pro, pure and simple. Must be so hard for him to accept after the gold medal but he's made shed loads out of a job he was never very good at so I'm sure he won't be crying himself to sleep.
Yea so basically what your saying is he needs to be matched against slow, fat guys who dont like to come forward?
You can be Muhammad Ali, but if you don't throw punches , you lose fights... 100 % Talent.......... 0 % Motivated.....
I agree with this thread. Audley needed to fight the types of fighters who would just let their hands hang down and not move away when Audley was throwing his punches. His idiot managers let him in there with fighters who actually punched back however, with predictably hazardous results. There are so many immoral and insulent types out there, who don´t have the good sense to realize that Audley is a celebrity and journeyman no-hopers are not supposed to punch celebrities (ruins the expensive photo shoots), let alone try to win a fight against them (ruins future million dollar prospects). They should all have had the decency to just lay down for Audley. Audley´s management completely failed to make this clear to the fighters they had Audley fight.
I don't get where this chin theory has developed from, Audrey has only actually been stopped once, and that from a Sprott bomb that came from nowhere. Harrison has all the skills to be a decent heavyweight but goes all tin man when someone trys to smack him......all his talk of becoming world champ is pretty sad to be honest.
