before the run at 6am.... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_8FslF4ugjI[/ame]

    after the run.... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1LwiTNqmA0&feature=related[/ame]

Will this make much difference? Yeah I expect the guy to be in shape...but thats only 1 part of whats needed. Still fair play to the man its not the best fight we wanted to see but it will keep Haye busy till they can hopefully sort out a Klitschko fight.

That is just weird. "We are serious as a heart attack" wtf is he talking about? just hope he doesn't get a heart attack from stress, he seems very tense.

Bad signs for Audley's career in general:

He seems to think going for a 38 minute run is something special.
He seems to think waking up early is something special.
He seems to think carrying a mini axe in his pocket will turn him into an unstoppable KO machine.

If Audley thinks waking up early, going for a 38 minute run and carrying an axe is in some way helpful, who are we to argue?? lol

Have you not heard that saying?

38 minutes on an incline at 7500 feet is pretty ****ing good mate.

    I'd say it's easily worse.

Ok, well not easily worse, I mean Sosnowski got shut out by Zuri Lawrence FFS. But worse.

A 38 minute run at his size and at that altitude will give audley a heart attack...I WAS IN BIG BEAR LAST MONTH it is the best place to train for altitude besides the Centro Otomi

i think audley is a true underdog and am starting to wonder if he will also make videos of him chasing a chicken
