    Not much of a collector.
Had the ANBHOF brochure which Matty got signed by Tony Madigan & some **** pinched it off my table.

Pride of place though has to be a signed action shot of the final of the trilogy with a warm message from Mickey Ward. :good

I asked Geale in person to sign my boxing gloves I used for bag work.

And I've had my photo taken with Joel Brunker wearing his latest Jr strap. I bump into him now and a again so will also get it signed at some stage.

I have some other purchased stuff, but the 2 above things count more IMO.

Joel's great, I've seen him fight live a few times.

Way ahead of ya, I already have tickets for the 18th.

Joel's a decent level headed kid, his trainer is a good bloke too.

Apart from my Danny Green "shrine".my favourite pieces are a photo with Tim Bell AKA Heath Ledger:hey
Its amazing how many people come around and think its a photo of Heath.
I've also got a signed glove that Lester gave my uncle when he ref'd a couple of his fights in the late 80's early 90's.
Also got a special $5 casino chip from the Vegas May 13th 2003 Delahoya v Mosley fight.

Yeah Joel is a top bloke, I had the pleasure of boxing on the same Am card as him a few times and he is much like Mick Katsidis as in his very down to earth and grounded!

I think he has a big future ahead as a Pro:good

    When and where?
I've seen Joel fight at Richmond 3-4 times in the last 18 months, each time was a pro-am.

It was at the Richmond Bowls club in 2003, dubbed the southern Zone titles for the Am's. He would always be with the Browne brothers? Both good boxers in their own right

Was a good night as i walked away the NSW state Am champion :bbb

Billy Dib and Elomar where also on the card, when Elomar lost he kicked up such a stink and I could hear him screaming that he was going to stab the bloke in the car park :patsch

    Good one. :good
I only started getting back into the boxing scene a few years after that.

Yeh, Elomar is one hell of a character.

    Are you a Richmond boy?

Nah not from Richmond myself, but my coach at the time had a good connection up their who would always help match us kids up.

I remember there was alot of really good boxers from that area, Brunker being one of them. So they still have the Am cards at the bowls club regularly?

I will never forget Ahmed that night, what a laugh. My coach turned to us boys and said, not matter what happens in a fight, you never act like that ****wit over there :yep

Im from the heart of this fine nation.... canberra :hey
