What are your thoughts and which aussie heavyweight should he test himself against since danny mentioned after the fight about he punches like a heavyweight and has the power of a heavyweight!! also angelo mentioned the following

SMH - Hyder said heavyweight could be an option for Green.

"If he is disappointed (with the win over Siaca) ... he has to go to heavyweight – in my eyes there is no cruiserweight in the world that can go with him," Hyder said.
"He is going to knock them all out, as soon as he hits any of them clean."

Dailytelegraph - "Right now Greeny could knock those Klitschko brothers, the Russian heavyweights, cold," Hyder insists. "Honestly, I've held the pads for Aussie heavyweights like Bob Mirovic and Kali Meehan - none of them have his power. Right now, Dan's hitting harder than any fighter I've ever been involved with ... his left is harder than any Aussie heavyweight's right."

Green's conditioner Hayden Knowles agrees, adding: "You look at his birth certificate and this just shouldn't be happening ... but Danny Green's punches are getting stronger with age."

    thoughts anyone:good

    Fair hypothetical question.

But remember, what they've come out with here is only hot air designed to get Green's name in the paper. Hyder was saying similar stuff immediately after the Roy Jones bout.

There's not a chance in hell Green will ever fight a heavyweight. Doubt he'll even fight a 'real' cruiser.

Last I heard they were chasing Tarver, and at least they're genuinely having a crack at getting decent fights made though!

on papers Evander is interested in green but to test himself first he should take on the No.1 heavy in aussie which i'm not sure if it's meehan, leapai, haumono or wilson you got to understand these boys can hit no disrespect to green.

I would hate to see a Green - Holyfield fight for 2 reasons:

    1. Should Green win, he will sell the victory like it's a win over a 1990 Holyfield

    2. He'll sell the WBF heavyweight title like it's the WBC heavyweight title

:good no worries but i'll be surprise if one of our heavyweights end up calling him out, if i had an option Leapai V Green would be tough leapai who can bang and also Haumono V Green my opinion:good

As for Danny Green's power being better than Aussie heavyweight's power, I wouldn't be surprised if it is.

But seriously the amount of self praise and promotion Green and his camp do is greater than Mundine.

Just go and fight a top flight 200 pound cruiserweight and validate the self proclaimed Cruiserweight power.

i know green is not the greatest fighter in history, but it is a shame that more of the heavyweights don't have his killer instinct. too many heavyweight fights that r just lackluster and r hugfests and jabs galore.

remember though, these comments by green and hyder r just throwaway lines that they know will grab headlines. don't take it literally what they say.

I'm good melbboy! How's it going?

It'll be interesting if RJJ calls for a Green rematch given the rematch clause, though I think this is highly unlikely!

To be honest I think it's too dangerous for even heavyweights to fight Green considering his immense power. I think they need to get special dispensation for him to fight Polar bears or some ****. Just I think that's the only way he'll get a real challenge

**** me dead. If he is so powerful why hasn't he fought a Cruiserweight yet let alone a Heavyweight.

Not sure about this HW talk....if Green beats Vea or McCracken then I will take some notice

Siaca gave in last night and it was a shame as I wanted to see Green go 6 or 7 hard rounds.

Alex would have 20 plus KGS on Green dont think it will ever get made.
