Meehan is looking like a easy pickings fight right now, as old and inactive as some of the fighters that are being lined up for this tournament Meehan will have a early night.

 

Meehan's not in this one mate he's in the NZ one which is a lot better.

Good to see Aussie boxing and it's promoters taking a step in the right direction, hopefully foxtel are injecting more and more into these shows pick up in quality and quantity

 

Les Mason has pulled out leaving the organizers in a last minute bind to fill the 8th and final position in the heavyweight Super8 tournament. Brian Amatruda has been speaking with "Aussie" Joe Bugner over the weekend and is confident he will accept the final position. Bugner was in training for a promotional fight a few weeks ago that fell through, and Amatruda sounds confident Joe is in good enough shape to compete in the short fight format.
