    The reason Trout's legals are asking $40 million will be to help ensure it doesn't go to court. I suspect the big amount is all bluff and they are just looking for some favourable treatment as a resolution.

    The amount they're suing for does not afffect the amount they're awarded as long as it's larger than the award.

    Yes, it makes sense. Your doctor also bills your medical insurance for more than he'll be reimbursed in order to recieve maximum payment.

    Trout wants the rematch with Cotto bad. Guess he figures he can get an easy title and some high profile exposure with it being Cotto's last fight. Cotto might go for it, too. He didn't impress me in his last fight, but I think he can handle Trout this time around. Avenging a loss for his last fight would be alright with me.

    The WBO is crooked as hell! I am sure he has his reasons for suing those crooked *******s! I don't think Cotto stands a chance against Golovkin or Alvarez.................
