    It's never worked well for anyone that I can recall. Oscar, Byrd, RJJ... all went to crap upon a big weight loss over 30

    I think from a money perspective it could make sense. He is somewhat of a name fighter and he probably wants to go out as a "tune up" against high profile fighters. I'm not sure if it will unfold that way.
