I favour Sergio right now, but in 18 months time, Trout could be Middleweight King.

Martinez even at his late stage wins either by late stoppage or wide UD.

Trout has the size to successfully compete in Middleweight, I just think Martinez would be too much.

Austin Trout seems like the real deal. Sexy would destroy him though.

Austin Trout is really good, better than I thought, that's why Canelo boy is ducking him (the winner) to fight Cotto (the loser) smh, but Sergio Da Sex Martinez is da middleweight king, there is no way trout will beat Da Sex. IMO Da Sex would TKO him late or UD him.

come on people we all know Sergio refuses to fight anyone in his weight class. Hes gotta call out the smaller guys. Notice that for a good evenly matched and weighted fight Undisputed is nowhere to be found lol.

Martinez is bigger than Trout, and has more power. Martinez would have to be favored.

I'd favor Martinez by decision. He isolated Dzinziruk's right jab really well, and mentioned that after studying him he knew he wouldn't throw anything unless it landed first. Trout is much more likely to throw lead lefts and right uppercuts without landing the jab first, but I feel he still depends on it to keep his opponents at the range he wants, and if Sergio neutralizes that most of the time, then Sergio can set up his own jab and jump in with his left hand, which is probably the stronger of the two. Trout is awkward and stylistically challenging enough to give most fighters problems, but I still think Martinez would figure him out and use his tricks to land the harder punches and rack up the points.

True, Paul Williams and Darren Barker and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. were indeed midgets :think

With the exception of Paul Williams those two sucked. You know it.
