I didn't get to see it all. So can't really comment on the result.

As you said not one person on the RBR had it wide for Fundora.

It was close a point either way, i felt. Lewis did well for only his 6th or 7th fight, it would be an interesting rematch 18 months down the line

    * Watch the Lewis fight live and fighting a 6'6 southpaw on overseas soil
with only 6 fights Lewis did quite well but his lack of true punching
    power may hold him back.
    * Blake Caparello fighting May 1.
    * Aust 2019 LHW Champ Jack Bowen won his pro debut with 4 rd tko.
    * 2018 CMW Bronze Medalist Taylah Robertson won pro debut in 56 sec.
TR is savage watch her fight from 2.25 hr and Jack Bowen pro debut after.

I thought Lewis fought very well and had a good game plan for such an unusually tall opponent. I thought it should have been a draw. I believe compubox had Lewis the more accurate puncher but Fondora was throwing way more as Lewis could really only work on the inside.

Looking fwd to seeing more of Jack Bowen in the future... Stumbled across his name few weeks back, looks good for now, apart from that I dont know too much about him.
Loving your Justis Huni updates n sparring footage, wouldn’t have a clue who he is apart from yours/maybee others too updates...

I would actually favour Lewis to beat Horn and Zerafa.

    Hahaaaaaaaaa....
You would... Not quite yet in my opinion.. (in future sure, why not) I feel Lewis still transitioning from amatuer to pro, I think he can improve while already being impressive.
You’d get pretty good odds on Lewis vs Horn/Zeraffa, thats for sure!!!!!

I actually watched a bit of Tszyu vs Lewis in amatures last week, think it was from 2010, they were pretty decent for teenagers back then, both come along way....
154lb turning into hot division I believe, few fights at that weight local also that could potentally be made??
Horn, Zeraffa, Tszyu, Lewis, Dennis Hogan?? Few others also...
Id b happy to see Tszyu v Hogan (if Hogan wants 154lb) n Tszyu gets over your mate Horn...
Throw Lewis vs Ben Mahony on undercard..
    Doubt it’ll happen tho...
How good was it watching heavyweights again!!!!!! Really enjoyed Fury/Wilder...

Daniel boxed okay. It was obviously much closer than what the official judges had it although even a close fight was likely to result in a Fundora win. Andre Ward in commentary had it very close which I think was a more accurate reflection of the fight.

I think Juppity nailed it with his comment about Lewis' punching power. He needed to hurt that guy to get the win. He bloodied his nose in the second round but his punches didn't have enough impact after that.

The result puts Australian boxing into perspective on a world scale. Lewis, possibly our best prospect at 154lbs, not able to best a Mexican/American kid out of California. Australia has a population of 24 million. California has a population of 40 million.

Daniel Lewis is possibly good enough to knock over someone like Tim Tszyu but I'm not sure it's in the interests of Australian boxing for that to occur. Tim whacks a bit harder which makes him more likely to do something on the international stage as a professional.

Fundora in America was a very tough assignment. He's not only a huge freak of nature, he's a southpaw to boot. Very awkward & can fight a bit.

If Tim Tszyu were to lose to Horndog, a fight with Daniel Lewis becomes a lot more likely. If Junior Tszyu beats Horndog, he doesn't look back.

    * Lucas Browne fight with Otto Wallin off with the Swede withdrawing due to
    injury.
    * Jason Maloney on Greer fight " This fight is pivotal for me. Its a must win.
The fight will put me as No 1 with WBO which put me in line for Naoya Inoue fight.
That's the fight i really want and he been saying he wants it too. As preference seem to
be given to unifications at the moment , all i can do is keep winning and putting on
great performances. Eventully the shot will come again. I am more than ready. "
    * Due to scheduling clash Sun GarciaVargas card will now be shown live and free
to view on Main Event TV instead . Will also be shown live on Kayo.
