Horn has nothing to be ashamed of ,so far in his career as a big underdog he won his world title against all time great Pacquio in front of a hometown crowd of 50,000 people and as an even bigger underdog he just lost his 1st fight and title to undefeated 3 division champ and top P4P fighter Crawford.

 

What am I spinning? Did Crawford not stop Horn in the 9th round after dominating him and winning every round?

Aus HW Champ Demsey Mckean keeping fit while he waits for his left hand to heal. Demsey hopes to fight before the end of the yr. Future targets include Lucas Browne and WBO top ten ranked Japan Kyotaro Fujimoto who is on a streak of beating 6 Aussie's in a row !! Also former Am star Joe Goodall if he continues to win and fulfills his potential and former world title challenger Logan slugger Alex Leapai. Demsey has the speed, power ,durability and size to trouble any hw once he gets fit.

The last poll I saw on here was something like 33% of posters who posted in the poll thought Jeff would win ( yourself included, By stoppage ) . so roughly a third thought he could beat Terrence .

 

This guy versus Joe Goodall is a fight I'd like to see.

Would be a very good Australian title fight. The kind we don't get to see enough of.

If blokes want to become world class, proving you're the best in this country first seems a logical step to take.

That means winning the Australian or Commonwealth title (preferably both) and defending it a few times against the best of the rest.

Picking a slow ploder like Horn to beat a skillful guy like Crawford shows a serious lack of boxing knowledge no matter how you try to dress it up.

I knew it was going to be very tough for Horn to win so didn't have much $ on the fight apart from predicting fight wouldn't go the distance which more then covered a small wager on Horn at 8-1 that lost.
