Did anyone see the Waterman fight? It reads weird, like they traded knockdowns but Clay's opponent got waved off when he rose from his.
Just went back and watched it. Waterman was legit dropped twice by left hooks. Looked hurt but came back to dominate the last 45 secs and drop and bloody Mulavai in the final seconds. Ref waved it off with DM on his feet but Dane looked like he might have had enough anyway. Probable broken nose. Entertaining but Clay better watch himself. Good offensive kit but got caught clean and maybe a bit of a question make on those whiskers.
miles zalewski +150 was suuuuuuuuuuuuuuch a huuuuuuuuuuge gift damn bookmakers had no clue about these guys haha
Huni looked very good last night it was an impressive pro debut. Big respect to Opelu he is tough as nails and did not need to take that fight he put in a good effort and showed an great chin. I would love to see Opelu get a fight with the likes of Lucas Browne, Paul Gallen or SBW he would beat all of them IMO.
Lonergan the cowardly grub last night on live TV said former Aussie heavyweight champ Dempsey McKean needs to "grow some balls". While Lonergan himself is a fat slob.
Oh no how is Dempsey after hearing that, let's hope he is ok ? There is no place for such talk in boxing #prayfordempsey
What a surprise so you have no problem with a fat slob like Lonergan telling McKean to grow some balls but when somebody says something negative about Jeff Horn you go mental.
Your wrong as usual and you have no idea how promotion works. Also if i didn't alreasy know what a POS you we're, i'd just assume with your childish antics on here and bare minimal understanding of the sport and how things work, that you we're a teenage fanboy but the fact your a grown man who spends so much time trolling boxing forums calling out pro fighters from your mums basement is embarrassing.
Huni was the stand out of the night for sure. Tough pro debut but you learn more from fights like that where you have an opponent that doesn't go away easy and you have to suck in the big ones. Great speed and a lovely fluid style. Waterman's fight was cray as I mentioned before. Perhaps of some concern but regardless of how far he goes I think he will be a real crowd pleaser. Ben Mahoney looked pretty decent, perhaps a little flat and rusty but got the job done. Hats off the Benjamin Hussein though fighting with a broken jaw for most of the fight and actually really bringing it to Mahoney. I think he can have a real future, he is rangy and unorthodox..this fight was a bit much to soon though..needs more rounds to develop his skillset. I read Mahoney wants Hardman. A fight I won't pick him to win atm but a very enticing local matchup all the same. I'd heard good things about Zelweski. He looks like one to watch, hopefully he can get traction on his career revival. Didn't get to see all of that fight, just the last two rounds. Opetaia was workman like. Not overly inspiring but got it done. It can be hard to get up for someone who you have already beaten. Got his nose bloodied but was never really in any trouble of losing that one. A lot of natural ability and a difficult style to contend with when he uses his speed and angles. I feel he isn't ready for the next step because he has been unable to secure class opponents but it might be time to roll the dice and see if he can make that leap. Still so young, so he could easily come back from a loss. Was a pretty good card for a FOX show.
Typical response from you LOL. Why am I a POS? What trolling have I done recently? What pro fighter have I called out besides Ben Horn? You can't even answer questions you just try to get on your high hoarse even though deep down you know you are well out of your depth.
Not sure how he looked I read that he won. I recorded the whole show so I will go back and watch it over the weekend to scout him.
