I have no doubt that Farmer will easily outbox Dib, I know that he is not a big puncher but if he doesn't get a stoppage there is a good chance he will get robbed on the cards. I am hearing that this will be televised on Fox sports.

Tim Tszyu on the undercard apparently.

That will be his debut fight in Victoria if it goes ahead.

He's ticking off all the states in Australia plus Kiwi-land.

Just WA & Tasmania to go. Don't forget the territories, Tim.

    Be good if it is.

I haven't checked the program, but Usyk v Gassiev this weekend would be nice.

The Joseph Parker v Dillian Whyte fight is PPV.

Not sure that's justified but I'd like to see it (live that is).

Dibb's has never been any good. Can't beat a decent fighter.

Live on Fox Sports 503 Friday Aug 3. Dib vs Farmer.
However undercard is another black eye for Aust Boxing.
Brock Jarvis vs Thai Yotchanchai Yakaeo. Really Jeff Fenech ? This poor Thai is 39 yrs old and only returned to boxing in March this yr after 4 yr absence. He has fought 4 x in 4 months and lost 2 by stoppage and the only fighter he beat was making their debut.
Tim Tszyu opponent is marginally better. Indonesian Stevie Ongen Ferdinanadus is 37 and was ko in 3rds by Kiwi WW Bowyn Morgan in Dec 2017. He has been stopped 8x in his 43 bout career.
Gold Coast SMW Rohan Murdock is headlining a big card in Brisbane Sept 15 opponent TBA. DDP broadcasting partner Epicentre TV has teamed up with Golden Boy Promotions to stream live boxing shows live from the states. The first show will be between Jamie Munguia and Liam Smith with DDP Dennis Hogan awaiting to take on the winner.

Could Ty make 154 you think Francisco?

Maybe a tune up against Dale Berries might be a better first up option

Is Tim Tszyu any good or padding a record and living of dads name? His old man was one of my favourites. Never forget the Zab Judah fight and how **** it felt watching the Hatton fight.

My favourite fight of Tszyu's was the Vince Phillips fight.

Ty's a natural 140 lber. he's the same height as Kostya Tszyu, 5'7.

Dales Berries is apparently still waiting to hear back from his team so he is not in the running for the lucrative Ty bout unfortunately. Ty would be too classy for him anyway.

It was a long time ago but I think it was close to last fight of the day.

They both talked it up beforehand so there was some anticipation that they would go for it but in the end they both treated it as the exhibition that it was so it was pretty much even-steven.

I had all the fights that day on CD at one point but I think I may have chucked it a while ago.

Shame, I wouldn't mind taking a look at it now to refresh the memory.

I do recall young Tim the Toolman looking the goods on the day despite the fact he didn't have a single official amateur fight to his name at that point. NSW had a rule that you can't fight amateur until you are 14. Probably still do. He had too much for the Qld state champ of the same age group though.

Edit - From memory, the last fight of the day was Kostya Tszyu v Glenn Azar. Glenn was a heavyweight & decided to make things interesting by trying to knock Kostya's head off. Suffice it to say, he didn't manage to.
