It's probably still available on Tasman Fighters facebook page. Our team thought Dana edged it as he had the much cleaner work, as did most people on social media. We took the fight at Lightweight simply to tick him over. He learned plenty from it, as shown in his performance against Zalewski just 6 weeks later.

    * Kambosos Jr is saying he wants next fight to be a stadium one in Sydney or Melb but a sticking point could be the TV executives who first want GK to build his profile in Aust and GK past salty relationship with local media isn't helping. If isn't resolved GK future could remain in the States.

It's a bit of a problem when Sam Kerr shoulder charging a streaker in women's soccer gets more local media coverage than winning the World Lightweight Championship.

George deserves a homecoming fight. A voluntary defence against Brock Jarvis sounds good to me but if George only wants the big guns, Haney in Las Vegas could be next.

Mark De Mori was supposed to be on the undercard in New York last night but got canceled
earlier in the week. He and his family were gutted; I don't think a reason was given to him.

A further thought on George's situation is that he doesn't actually need local TV (i.e. Foxtel). If it's a DAZN show, they will provide the coverage. Both locally & internationally. Not involving Foxtel may affect who appears on the undercard, but that's about it. And as mentioned in previous posts, there are workarounds in terms of getting the right names on the promotion.

George also keeps mentioning the 80,000 crowd figure. Sydney Olympic stadium perhaps? Not sure what that stadium is even called these days. My days of doubting George's ability to deliver on something are behind me so perhaps we can look forward to George v Devin Haney in Sydney for the Undisputed Lightweight Championship of the World come the new year.

The deciding factor could be if the State government matches or trumps the Las Vegas casino site fees. With them keen to restart the economy post-Covid, I can't see why they wouldn't.

Either way mate, I think he should go straight into the big fights, he could do a voluntary but always a chance of slipping on the banana skin. Strike while the iron is hot! He's in his prime, go for it. Win or lose, it's gonna pay off for him.

Anyone else seen the dramatic falling out on social media between the McKean and Huni camps? The constant sniping from the McKean side of things obviously hasn't gone unnoticed.

Maybe now they can build on the bad blood with a fight.

Whats the reason Stu Duncan won't work with No Limit no more Ippy?? ..if thats something you can comment on.

    He is Australia's premier matchmaker.

Not entirely sure to be honest. He certainly does a very good job matching competitive fights.

The left wing media especially ABC love Sam Kerr, I thought the shoulder charge was unnecessary and came across as a bit of a thug / bogan play by Kerr. How would her employer feel if she’d dislocated her shoulder?

anyway she has the 3 boxes ticked for the lefties. She’s a woman of aboriginal ancestry who also loves the map of Tassie…. It’s a Sam Kerr fest on ABC whenever she does anything.

poor GK can’t get a look in

You're on a mad one there Kel. :D Her employer is Chelsea and the guy who was on the pitch a member there. My guess is that they'd be annoyed at the fella who disrupted the game. I don't think anyone thinks she's a thug/bogan... I quite literally haven't read one negative comment about her actions. Good on her.

She's a woman, yep. Her heritage is Indian, not Aboriginal and who gives a fuk what her sexuality is? It's nearly 2022.
