Probably won't happen b/c Timmy isn't the mandatory for any of Charlo's belts.

Wouldn't mind seeing it though. I think Tim is a couple of overseas fights short of being ready for such a fight but sometimes you've just got to say 'what the hell'.

Let's see both he & Jai Opetaia have a crack & see what happens.

After George, they're the best we've got so let's see what they can do at the highest level.

Thought that might be the case Sandman.

Though is ranked highly by a couple of the orgs.
I'd understand if the Kazakh who has been the IBF no1 for a very long time might kick up a stink aswell.

Big Bad Bustling Bazza on the half time panel on the Rugby.

He looks in good shape and said he can do 8 rounds comfortably now even a month out.

Yeah Matet is not overly skilled but he is lanky lad who throws a ton and doesn't blink when he takes a few back.

Not much you can take from Harry's pro but it seems to me they want to overhaul his style to be pro friendly and he didn't seem that comfortable with it yet. That's what these fights are for, to figure out what works and what to work on.

But I think Matet won't give him any quarter and it won't be easy at this stage.

Couple of decent free cards from No Limit to kick off their year ..well not free but not PPV.

Don't worry im sure we will have to pay through the nose for some NRL centric fights in the coming months.

You give him a chance against SBW? I mean It's not like SBW is that good anyway.

    I don't really know mate.

It's hard to see someone that old who has been away from the sport for so long being able to come back and be competitive.
I mean he may look great in the gym but come fight time it's a whole different story.

SBW is a throughbread, he is going to be above average at anything he does. He is younger and more athletic plus isn't exactly a complete novice.
The fact he struggled with Kato in first fight back doesn't ring to many alarms for me personally. Because he has a very deceptive record and I dont think they did their homework on him. They just saw the raw numbers of his record and thought it would be a blow out.

I think it's going to be a pretty horrible fight. Barry is going to try and slow things down like he did against Gal.

Gun to my head I'd say Money Bill gets a messy stoppage somewhere in the mid rounds. But who knows.

Yeah that is a good prediction. You can see SBW is taking his boxing seriously especially now that he has retired from football being in training camp with Andy Lee I think he really wants to be fully prepared to fight Gallen. Any idea who SBW's head trainer and corner are for the actual fight? Is he still gonna use the Mundine's?

That can only be positive for his development.
I saw he also went to Ireland and trained with Katie Taylor's dad. Sparred some seasoned pros over there.

As far as I know Choc will be take over things in the lead up to the fight and be in his corner.
Maybe @juppity or @ipswich express have a better idea.

Gal went from just squeaking past fellow NRL players when he was doing it part time to much better performances against much better opposition when he could dedicate himself fully to the sport.
So stands to reason Sonny Bill would do the same.
