A target that could only really be achieved by farming out the dates to other domestic promoters. Something they weren’t prepared to do. Running 12 domestic televised shows a year would be hard enough, 16 is impossible without help.

 

It would appear doomed for failure then.

 

I recall reading it was something like 4 ppvs and 12 Free on Fox (FOF) shows a year.
To date, No Limit have done the three ppvs (TT v Harrison, Parker v Django, TT v O'Campo) and the hastily put together FOF show at Carriage Works featuring Brock Jarvis.
Did hear they were looking at doing shows in July and August, but we're a week into July and no announcement yet of a July show.

 

I've heard August and September, but who knows.

 

Currently DAZN is $72 for the year here, so $6 a month. I actually thought it used to be more expensive than that. Pretty decent value at around a schooey a month.

 

yeah ok, well..thats even worse.
I think a few months ago they were looking at July, but guessing its been pushed back
that will only be six shows in 9 months, along way off target

Do you guys ever see Brock Jarvis achieving much? There's not too much to get behind right now. Shame.

 

He's capable offensively but his punch resistance isn't there at this point. He can't achieve much more without decent punch resistance. I'd say he's one big stoppage away from calling it a career. As for there being no-one to follow, there are plenty across all weight divisions. We've never had the breadth of talent we do currently.

 

Agree with this there are plenty to get behind these days. Jarvis is just a novelty act and without Fenech backing him things are going to get much worse for him.

 

No Limit have a press conference scheduled in a few minutes.

 

August 23rd will see the return of both Nikita Tszyu and Liam Wilson.
