He was puffing and blowing after about 2 minutes last night and is now relying almost entirely on his overhand right to end fights.

Turning up 5kg over the agreed weight was a disgrace and won't have gone unnoticed by promoters.

Quinlan's use by date has come. It's just a matter of whether he can see that or not.

 

We aren't getting much televised boxing that isn't PPV these days. So anything was better than nothing. I know that will change shortly with Channel 7s foray back into boxing and not before time.

 

Not the first time I've been proven wrong by a NoLimt card. That was a bloody good set of fights last night. I don't know if I've heard of Markovic here or not but I believed he was going to win without knowing too much about him. Those guys with Balkan heritage are bloody tough. He had that look about him too of a strong dog. Ultimate belief. Not on Nikita's level though I don't care if he can '' handle '' Tim Tszyu in sparring. Put to bed by Markovic himself when his Grand Dad said Tim Tszyu's next and so it should be as Tim would K.O him in the first round. Markovic knows that. Mazoudier vs Nikita would be a ripping build up too as Rose mentioned afterwards but Nikita's got way too much for him also. Take nothing away from both lads mentioned I'm a fan of both. But The Tszyu-Crew have too much brew. A brew consisting of a killer cocktail. A potent one constructed out of Lions Blood. Not snake's blood. Lions Blood. Oh **** I just gave Nikita a new idea.
