Russia seems too obvious place to have it. Timmy's promoters dropping the ball

The champ probably not willing to risk getting drafted to the Ukrainian front :)

I just watched Murtazaliev's fight with Culcay before he got stopped Culcay was catching him clean with big right hands and Culcay looked a lot smaller. I am more confident now that Tim will stop him. Murtazaliev's defense did not look very good.

Massive exposure for Tim Tszyu this weekend.
An estimated 100 million people subscribe to Amazon Prime in the States, and this weekend’s card – headlined by Tszyu's IBF world title bout against fearsome Chechen brawler Bakhram Murtazliev - is the service’s first ever non-PPV boxing event. Tszyu’s face will also make a surprise appearance during Thursday night football this week, with an advertisement set to be aired when the Denver Broncos take on the New Orleans Saints. Thursday Night Football is an American tradition, with Amazon regularly raking in more than 10 million viewers each week .

Considering what's going on in that state recently getting it half full for two foreign fighters is probably a feat in itself.

Boxingtix on Twitter/X. Looks like all the $1 tickets have been exhausted. Good to see.

Tapia got a gift draw and Timmy destroyed. A bad day for Aussie boxing sadly.

To state the obvious, not our day today. Congrats to Bakhram - too big, too strong, too good. It's been a hell of a ride with King Timmy but his team need to bring him back very carefully from here. No more "no tune-ups". He's out the back door at Junior Middle but can rebuild (slowly) at Middleweight. Michael Zerafa (or the Kiwi Russian) out here would be a good start. He needs three solid wins before contemplating challenging for another world title. Boxing, like most other sports, is based on momentum. Timmy had his stopped in his previous fight & shattered today. Bring him back slow & we'll see how high he can climb.

Tim fell inlove with his power that is overestimated at world level and turned into a plodder with zero movement. The style of fast straight punches and movement he displayed earlier in his career would of been a good plan to start off with.
kostya wanted him to use that style but Tim just doesn't listen.
