Was silly to sign with a company in the first place, especially considering that Zuffa had openly expressed their desire not to work with the other sanctioning bodies.

A few weeks ago, I saw an interview with Mick Francis and he said that they had yet to decide whether or not to pursue legal action.

In the interview below, Francis acknowledges that there was a risk to sign with Zuffa, but went a head with it regardless. Cant understand why if they were aware of the risk, that they were surprised by the IBF's position to strip Jai of the belt.
