Sam Goodman has landed a shot at the interim IBF super bantamweight title. He will fight former bantamweight champion Ryosuke Nishida, with the winner to then fight the so far indestructible, Naoya Inoue.
He has an undefeated Kazakh to negotiate first NC. He can beat Navarette, it isn't a ridiculous idea, but I'd have to sway towards the Mexican at this point.
TV Ringside got me interested in boxing when I was a kid, it was bluddy wonderful. https://sportshounds.com.au/2018/02/03/festival-hall-roared-raw-ringside-racket/
Rahim Mundine back in the ring on July 17th - England vs Zaurbek undercard in Perth Hopefully he learns from the previous fight against G Banger
My dad used to talk about it. I've watched a few fights from it that escaped the tip also. Mahanga-Mundine,Thompson -Santos etc. Good stuff.
It was my father who got me into it as he was a big boxing fan. A threshing machine called Wild Matt Ropis was my favourite.
I remember watching one of his fights. I remember Frank Ropis. One of my first watches was a Frank Ropis fight on channel 7. His fight before the Barry Michael meeting.
This content is protected @Sandman_ Seems to be a rough tourny so far for the Aussie. Good to see Marlon through
