Legend, thanks for the Rd by round!
Credit to Navosa Ioata for taking the fight on short notice and not coming to lie down. Was hoping he'd get through unscathed for his NZ title fight with Lance Bryant but it looks like that will have to be put off for now.
No thats bull**** you can try break it down how you want but Jai has had more fights including as an amateur and has fought worse competition yet due to Tszyu name he is held at a higher standard
You have so much to learn why don't you try watching and listening instead of repeating your mates nonsense comparisons
No it's well established that you know **** all which is why pretty much only the same 1-2 people ever agree with your garbage and I got the exact reply I was expecting from a clueless biased fan, which is fine just stop pretending your not
I was at the fights last night. Tszyu Jnr had a tough fight Camo was tough and awkward I thought Tszyu won maybe 7-3 it took him 5 rounds to adjust to Camo's style. The Brubaker fight was entertaining two evenly matched limited guys giving their all. The Justin Hodges fight was a disgrace I am sure there are blokes on this forum that would have given Hodges a better fight.
Mundine was held to a higher standard and he was sparking guys out who were at a higher level than what Tszyu Jnr has been fighting yet he was given crap by everyone saying he was fighting bums and Mundine had virtually no amatuer career. Tszyu is making a lot more money than Jai so why shouldn't he be held to a higher standard like Mundine was?
The Maloney brothers have signed a deal with Top Rank.
Another horrible faulty comparison,it's funny how you had no issue with your boy Mundines career which right up to the end was about conning the aussie public into paying to watch him mostly fighting low level opposition, yet you wanna crap on Tszyu at the start of his career taking 1 low risk high reward fight that gives him some exposure on the global scene.
I had plenty of issues with Mundine's career pal I was still a fan though. Same way I was there last night cheering for Tszyu Jnr doesn't mean I won't be critical. So tell me why it is not a fair comparison?
Lmfao you've woken up still drunk & angry mate . there's nothing wrong with calling a spade a spade , just because the thought of a young fit skilled lad beating up on the corpse of a famous old fighter doesn't appeal to everyone no amount of cheer leading from yourself will change it .
Can anyone please explain why it was perfectly alright for Jeff Horn to fight Randall Bailey but people have issues about Tim Tszyu
fighting Zab Judah.
If Judah gets through his next fight in June I like the Tszyu -Judah fight. I think Judah sparks him.
I was critical of the Horn Bailey fight but at least it wasn't PPV
I like the Zab Judah fight for Tim Tszyu with a couple of provisos.
Firstly, we need to see how Judah goes against the 23 and 1 guy in June. Doesn't need to win it, but needs to make it competitive. No point bringing Zab out here if he's going to go face-first in the first.
Secondly, I want to see Tszyu defend the Australian title in August against Dwight Wake in Fright Ritchie. Ritchie holds a UD win over Joel Camilleri and would be the best professional opponent Tszyu has faced. I'd prefer to see PPV dollars going to a worthy Australian opponent ahead of an over-priced import.
If those boxes get ticked, do the Zab Judah fight at the end of the year.
If not Judah, bring out the likes of Ray Robinson or Wale Omotoso. They'll give Tszyu all he can handle & would be very good development fights for him. Probably won't generate the interest or PPV dollars that a fight with Zab would though.
Probably because Randall was fighting for the same titles as Jeff wanted in order for both of them to climb in the rankings , if Zab held a title that would lead Young Tim to a higher ranking then people would probably understand his team's decision to fight him ,but fighting and beating Zab wouldn't effect his rankings in the slightest.
