I do not have a good handle on who Arthur is as a person. I only know him as a fighter. I believe the man Arthur Abraham needs to do some serious thinking about what the fighter Arthur Abraham needs to do. A few months away from boxing would probably be a good idea right now. Take a break and give himself a chance to thoroughly heal mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Abraham doesnt cut it at that level he is a domestic fighter, he should move down a division wher he belongs no point shooting with the big boys when you cant push the weight. :yep

At this time it wouldnt be pointless for either fighter!

For Pavlik its good because AA has lost 3 out of 5 fights and its a Big name for him and would be a tough fight that he needs to get more rds in.

For AA its good because Kelly Has only fought 1 time in 13 months and is still rusty and should try and take advantage of that.

I still think Kelly would be the first person to STOP AA

Nah, Pavlik wouldn't stop him. Even with AA's flaws and issues, he's still tough and has a rock solid chin and a good turtle shell. Pavlik would win a wide UD but he wouldn't KO him.

I think he has the Best chance out of any SMW to KO him, At Least a TKO could happen

Due to cuts, if the ring doctor stops the fight, yes. This is something which I could imagine as well...

    What's up Finn....:good

I haven't been able to get a grip on what's up with AA either...I mean he looked pretty damned good in the first couple rounds the other night....then, just didn't throw at all.

Some crazy **** like 12 punches in a whole round.....now I know he knows he can't and won't win **** like that, he so different even from the AA that KO'd Jermain Taylor (not really THAT long ago).

    Don't know.

Now I'm not sayin' I ever thought of AA's workrate as high, it's just he was doing nothing. That's a "different" AA out there these days.

You think maybe it was his first loss did something mentally to him? Prolly not, Dirrell was boxin' the **** out of him, but AA was fightin' got damn it...and even was comin' on VERY strong at the end.

Maybe the Froch fight though? But this is what I mean here....he just changed to look like he lost the "fire" or the "eye of the tiger" is gone.

    :rasta

Its been awhile but, when he fought Miranda Didnt he Pretty much cover up for awhile let Miranda keep throwing, then he just exploded on him? I didnt see The WARD fight yet but Thats What I can imagine him doing Except just not throwing many punches

Are you talkin' about the re-match? Which would have been just a couple years at most? or the original fight from 05 or 06?

But yeah, it's always been AA's style to lay back on the ropes for big portions of a round, then ****in' explode off of 'em with evil combo's.

He boxes sometimes like in the beginning of the Ward fight, but he always threw mad combo's before and now he's just not doin' it.

Even though his style kind of stink always IMO, and before everybody got to see him lose a couple times, it'd be hard to think of anyfighter in his weight that you wouldn't have to really be concerned about gettin' KO'd.

Seems like if my memory serves me too, he has a **** ton of KO's in rounds 10 - 12.

Abraham by KO. Both will go to punch each other out, difference is Abraham can take as well as give. Pavlik was nearly stopped by Taylor.
