Authur Abraham vs Kelly Pavlik....NEEDS TO BE MADE!!!

No **** he was nearly stopped, but did you see it? watch it again, Kelly has a Heart of a Lion and is better conditioned! Kelly Takes it as well as he gives it! He took Everything Taylor had and still got up and KO'd him

 

Yeah Pavlik is a totally glass jawed, getting hurt by JT and then recovering is such a black mark. :roll:

Sarcasm, mate :thumbsup. Pavlik is one of my favorite fighters and he's good a damn fine chin and like you said, the heart of a lion.

 

AA needs to go back to germany and fight c-b level fighters and stay over there.

No worries, there are a lot of ******ed Pavlik haters around here, especially with him being in the headlines thanks to his comeback.

 

I know right, I remember back when he was fightin taylor the first time, there were even more haters than there is now! im suprised. IMO I dont Think anyone would KO Pavlik at 160-168

 

Abraham is a jackass. I'd love to see Pavlik get his career back on track by knocking him out. That would be huge for his comeback, and that fight itself could be a smaller budget main event. Guaranteed punching, guaranteed lack of head movement, no foot movement, etc.

Pavlik does have options other than Abraham, but I think AA is the biggest name he can get and have a realistic shot to win. Abraham has essentially nowhere to go at this point, but at least Pavlik is different from the guys who beat him. Hell, even Froch boxed him.

AA/KP is an action fight and would be solid entertainment. Or would you rather see Dirrell/Pavlik or something else horrible style-wise?

 

I watched That AA Froch Fight yesterday and Froch Didnt even Impress Me other than He was quicker to the Punch

 

Froch is one of the more overrated guys on ESB. He dominates AA (who's looked terrible at 168 other than the Taylor win), loses to Kessler, and gets a hometown decision against Dirrell and suddenly some people think he's the best fighter north of 160.

 

Yea his style Is WILD which May Cause Timing Problems for people, but good fighters ajust accordingly, He def. doesn't hit harder than Pavlik.

 

I think this sudden renewed interest in a Pavlik/Abraham fight is misguided. It is based on the rather ludicrous notion that KP and AA operate at about the same level. They do not.

At this point in time if you put these two in a 12 round fight, it would probably end up being Abraham's last fight. We've now seen that AA does not handle losses very well at all. How well do you think he'd handle being left slumped in a corner by a man he spent years talking **** about?
