Either Roach has other fightplan than didnt go well i.e pushing martinez on the ropes and do the usual body work, but martinez was just so elusive and her lateral movements was just too quick to evade the ropes.

IMO the Chavez jab was out of the plan due to the fact that roach knows how blindlingly slow chavez jab is. the only plan is to pressure martinez and let him punch and tire out, but didnt happen.
