I dont think posters should leave the forum but I am in favour of extended bets....how about this......if Mundine makes weight you have my avatar for 3 months.....and if Mundne fails to make weight I have your avatar for 3 months :yep

Come to think about it.......I must have some window of technicality here.....I mean the bet is about the IBO title at 154 and the scales.....and when Mundine jumps on them what does he weigh :yep

If the politics of boxing intervenes and rob's us of this fantastic fight for the IBO title........ does little ol' Ash really have to suffer :hey

 

I dont think its that easy to say mate......he needs to get on the scales to prove if he did or didnt make weight.

What if the following happens

1. Fight gets called off
2. Mundine fights another fighter
3. Medley agrees to fight Mundine at 160

None of these things prove that he was unable to make weight.....all it proves is he was not going to fight at 154 without a title.

Anyway......3 or 4 different thinks could happen including Mundine fighting Medley for the 154 IBO title so lets not count our chickens just yet

 

Do you expect Mundine to get down to 154 with no title on offer?

It's not 100% clear why team Mundine wont take the IBO's demands......I dont think they will throw away the 3 division champ thing that easy

Lets wait and see what the next few days bring.....we know one thing....the IBO wont give the title fight the tick unless Mundine makes weight and follows the IBO rules.
