Losing to a bunch of no names makes you pretty average. I mean, are you actually going to debate that Adamek's points loss to Dawson is worse than Haye's KO loss to Thompson?

Just to be fair here, Adamek isn't average at all. He is a 2 division champion and he deserves respect for that. But Hayes style is all wrong for Adamek since he doesn't move his head enough.

Everyone who thinks Adamek is average is a joke really.

I dont think Adamek is average, i dont like to think of any fighters as average. I do however take massive offence at anyone calling Carl " The Cat " Thompson average. Especially someone who clearly has no idea who he is.

Maybe, but Haye doesn't punch enough, fights in spurts and his chin is questionable. Adamek can take that fight on points or via some well placed shots. The fight would be compelling, which is why Haye should quit chasing mismatches, and fight Adamek.

You don't need to punch a lot to beat Adamek, if Haye were to connect, he'd be in serious trouble. If Adamek were to connect, Haye would not be in serious trouble.

As I said on the previous page. Adamek overall is not an average fighter, he was elite at LHW. He is now an average heavyweight however.

and that's why, when the opportunity to prove so was given to the diva, Haye refused to fight Adamek

he seems to have been a favorite of the WBA, since he kept getting title fights sanctioned by the biggest joke organisation in the history of boxing

In 2004 when he stopped Haye the dude was 40, he was well past his prime and pretty average. Also his wins are alright, but his career losses came to some pretty weak opposition too. I don't know what kind of legend you Brits built out of Thompson after he defeated Haye, but to most other people he wasn't anything special.

OMG he was so horrible, I felt good for the man being the first Latino to win amajor heavyweight belt me being a Puerto Rican. But damn!!! That man sucked. he also is the only heavyweight to get his ass kicked by two former middleweight fighters. Frikkin Legend.
