dont know it off by heart but ill give you what i think roughly Flyweight- 5ft-5ft6 Bantamweight- 5ft 3-5ft8ins Featherweight-5ft 4ins-5ft 11ins Lightweight- 5ft 6-6ft Welterweight- 5ft 7-6ft2
thanks mate. I saw a superheavy who was my height like 5 foot 6 and he completly destroyed his opponent
****ing hell really! the shortest heavyweight ive ever seen is bout 5ft 10ins but he was a heavyweight in amateur which is like a cruiserweight in the pros how much do you weigh mate
I box at 60 now. I feel like im short at the weight but dnt think i could make 57 anymore while still feeling strong
5ft 6 is not too short Ian weaver is that weight and hes doing really good whats your walking around weight
I walk around at around 59-61. I either just make the weight easy or just not eat much on the day of the weigh in untill i've weighed in. I thought weaver boxed at 57? What about yourself?
You're overshooting on the upper limits of those heights. Yeah there are 6'2 welters, but the Tommy Hearns of the world are exceptions.
i box at 57 and walk around at 59/60 can easily go up to 62 when on the fried chicken diet though mate
k how tall are you mate? and you dehydrate the last few kg? or just lose it during the times your boxing
A 6 foot lightweight? That dude must look like a stick! Most guys I've met around 130-140 lbs are 5'6" to 5'8", but 6'. Whoah!
Exactly. Think of how tiny Amir Khan looked at 135 and he's 5'10. Another two inches? Your chicken legs would make Roger Mayweather look like he has Tyson's lower body.
See Breadis Prescott when he was a Lightweight, he did not look healthy. Paul Williams looks quite thin, even at 154lbs to me.
And they are pro's so they rehydrate and dnt actually weight that on fight night. I meant for amateurs? Funny how most amateurs who turn pro box at 2 weight class's lower then they did as amatuers
