    This might be one of the better cards i can remember.

    My picks hmm tough one on the main event but im gonna go with Cayo.
    Despaigne. Although i think he is foolish but better than Miranda.
    I dont know much about Barthelemy but i know he is highly touted.

    Beer and fights on friday nights is a great way to start the weekend.

    risky pick on the Cayo upset. I think I will lean the same way but not with confidence.

    I'm pulling for Cayo in his comeback (especially knowing everything he has gone through recently), but a Peterson decision wouldn't shock me.

    Despaigne vs. Miranda is a toss-up for me. Talented underachiever vs. brawling overachiever.

    It should be a great card and I can't wait. Peterson will outclass Cayo and I'm taking Miranda by UD I think he will drop Despaigne early but he will make it through the fight and lose on the cards.

    Yea like i said the main event is a tough pick. Im rooting for Cayo but if i had to put money on this which i might depending on the odds i will go with Peterson.

    I dislike both Despaigne and Miranda so that one will be fun to watch. Specially if there is a brutal KO.

    Hey IB what troubles did Cayo have??

    just bought a new TV and working on setting it up, somehow i ****ed the whole satelite connection and i dont have any signal in the house.I was looking forward to watch FNF on my new bigass TV tonight.Hope i can get it fixed.
    Hope the cubans put a good show tonight,big test for Despaigne and opportunity for redemption.

    Cayo on points wouldn't surprise me.

    Miranda looking strong, he might pull a TKO over there. Despaigne wouldn't surprise me winning on points also.

    I feel for you... Nothing better than watching boxing with a big screen TV in HD and loud speakers.

    Speaking of which has anyone noticed this on Friday Night Fights?
    There is a very high pitched noise during the fights. Not when in the studio but only when the fight is going on. I thought my soundbar was going bad but that is the only show it does it on and i tried it out with blue ray movie on and nothing. Only on FNF during the fight only. Help here?

    I know. Normally Friday has ok fights that lead up to awesome fights on Saturday on Showtime and HBO boxing. Fox Sports has a card Saturday with Mike Alvardo.

    Fights This weekend:

    ESPN 2:
    Victor Cayo Vs. Lamont Peterson
    Edison Miranda Vs. Yordanis Despainge
    Rances Barthelemy vs. Gerardo Robles

    Telefutura:
    Beibut Shumenov vs. Danny Santiago
    Joel Diaz vs. Raul Gonzalez

    Telemundo:
    Dante Jardon Vs. Adrian Tellez
    Jesus Galicia Vs. Carlos Cuadras

    Predictions:

    Lamont Peterson by late TKO. - Violent fight, both will make a Brawl Both fought great fights with great fighters, Cayo with Maidana and Peterson with Ortiz

    Edison Miranda by Mid-Fight KO - Miranda has impressed me. He looked good with Francisco Sierra with a 1 Round KO. Bute Killed him but what do you expect from the best SMW who is a KO artist? Idk Yordanis but he is getting a challenge.

    Not sure about the final fight on this card.

    Beibut Shumenov by UD. - Santiago has experiance but Shumenov looked good with William Joppy. Good matchup! This may proof Shumenov is a deserving Champion.

    Joel Diaz by UD

    Dante Gardon by TKO - Bad for a main event!

    Carlos Cuadras by early KO. - Cuadras is known for KO's, this should have been a main event instead. Cuadras will KO this guy.
