    1 - Williams
    2 - Margarito
    3 - Cotto
    4 - Clottey
    5 - Mosley
    6 - Berto
    7 - quintana?

10 - Cintron/HLATSWAYO?? (dont know who that guy is but Ring have him ranked)

i dont know... past berto to me its hard for me to solidly place one guy above another... but the fights that can be made between the top 6 fighters... wow.

I think Berto's a bit high mate. His highlight so far is a points win over Forbes. Quintana has schooled Williams once, even if he got destroyed second time. Must count for a bit more than wins over journeymen and Steve Forbes.

I have to agree with TFFP that Quintana right now deserves to be higher than Berto. No matter what Quintana has a win over Williams and a win over Joel Julio which is better than any win on Berto resume.

How can anybody defend ranking Margarito above Williams? I'm rooting for Margo to win in a rematch, but Williams clearly beat him. Williams has to be ranked above Margarito until Margo actually avenges the loss.

    Williams
    Margarito
    Clottey
    Cotto
    Mosley

And by the way, I don't understand how someone can give "resume" credit for Quintana's win over Paul although it was avenged EMPHATICALLY, yet not give Paul credit for beating Margarito.

And I don't see how Cotto gets credit over Clottey based on common opponents. They both beat Zab by a stoppage, but Cotto was KO'ed by Margarito while Clottey was outpointed but never hurt by him.

why have margarito over williams HANDS DOWN?

just curious... dont see how margarito can no doubt be above the guy that took his title

the only reason id put margarito above williams is the cotto win is epic and williams lost to quintana, but DID avenge it the best way possible... i just cant put margarito above him.

    01. Antonio Margarito
    02. Miguel Cotto
    03. Paul Williams
    04. Shane Mosley
    05. Joshua Clottey
    06. Andre Berto
    07. Zab Judah
    08. Kermit Cintron
    09. Carlos Quintana
    10. Luis Collazo

Heres why I don't rank Williams at #1.. Yes he beat Margarito, but when Mayweather left, Cotto was the #2 guy in the division so he became the #1 ranked fighter at 147.. Margarito then defeated him earlier this year to become the #1 fighter at 147.. Also, his KO over Kolle at 160 should have no affect on his ranking at 147..

And everyone wants to ignore this and only focus on their head to head fight as if that is how ranking go.

Since their fight, Margarito has two wins over a top 5 WW. One being the #1 guy in Cotto. Williams is 1-1, with a guy who was out of the top ten.

**** like that is taken into account.

Oh yeah, and for those who rank Cotto above Williams, your credibility or claim of objectivity is COMPLETELY shot. The question wasn't "who do you like the most?" It was how do you rank them. Clearly, some of you don't know the difference.
