This would have been a dream match for boxing fans.....i dunno, at 135 a prime Mosley had it all....more offensive than Floyd with IMO even faster hands.....But Floyds Footwork and great defense has always been on the money....

What would this fight have looked like ...

Prime undefeated Mosely Vs Floyd @135??

    Gentlemen your thoughts??

Mosley by UD. 1162-112 IMO. Too fast and too strong. And he won't get discouraged like Judah.

    Mayweather by UD. 115-113. Mosely's "power-boxing" would've played right into Floyd's hands.

    :yep

He didn't do power boxing until he moved up at 147 I think...Stopped throwing combos.

"Smarts" is something that would play the biggest part in this fight. Who is smarter? IMO, Floyd.

PBF beats any version of Mosley at any weight imo...even tho Mosley's size would've bothered PBF, his straight-in style would've gotten him countered miserably over the second half of the fight...and PBF is slower nowadays, but at 135 his speed was much quicker and he's a smarter fighter and better boxer than Mosley...PBF SD12 Mosley at 135...

no he stopped the 'power boxing' at 147 really...throwing nonstop, hard, fast combos was the 'power boxing' that Jack Mosley always had him doing...when he got to 147 he went to one punch at a time...

Then I have it reversed. My mistake:deal

I still think his combos and speed would be too much for him.

I think THat Mosleys body strength, and power, combined with just as much speed would have botheres Floyd.....his combimations at 135 were a thing of beauty!.....i Pick

you were right of course..Floyd by UD too smart for a fighter like mosley who doesn't have the dimensions to his game to beat a floyd mayweather at any weight.

Mosley wins it in my opinion, too skilled and strong. However, it won't be easy at all and a 50/50 type of fight.

    Close fight with Mosley winning.

It will be like DLH-PBF, only Mosley will be more active with the jabs and throwing a lot more punches.
