Never thought Schultz was very good. Average power at best, threw about the sloppiest left hook I've seen from any Heavyweight title challenger, and didn't seem particularly skilled overall. He was durable and seemed to have decent stamina, and with those two things, along with the obvious stick & move gameplan against the old & slow Foreman, he was able to put himself on the map in that fight (in which I thought he got shafted). Aside from that fight though...not sure there was much else to be impressed with on his resume. Ruiz has wins on his resume against fighters who are better than Schultz, and I'd expect him to win by UD in a hideous fight here, maybe 8-4ish.
