Ayub Kalule vs. Pernell Whitaker at 154

tough fight for Pernell. but I think he wins this one by UD. He would pick it up and use his speed to control the later rounds.

 

Whitaker didn't have a plethora of speed at 154, not in the shape he turned up in for Vasquez, anyway. I'd favor Kalule in this one.

 

I think Whitaker would have enough to edge this. Was Kalule right handed and fought out of a southpaw stance?

 

I'm inclined to lean toward Kalule in this one, Whitaker is too far above his natural weight.

 

Whiaker said himself after his one and only 154 fight that those guys were too big and hit too hard

 

Kalue would win a UD in this one, too much for Whitaker.
