Although tonight's Arce was a bit more shopworn than the Arce of 2007, a lesser opponent than undefeated Jeff Lacy, and probably not as good as undefeated Kelly Pavlik either. :yep

He didn't get his ass handed to him, he ran away and taunted after their first big exchange - and showed how ineffective Arce's "aggression" always was if presented with the slightest evasion.

But yes, Nongqayi was, by accounts, badly hurt by Ler. Doesn't change the fact that he took the few haymakers that got winged at him and kept on grinding Arce's face meat all night long.
