    Nelson would punish Hamed.

This is one of the better fantasy matchups. Hamed was no fluke. A lot of people like to focus on his loss but he beat a lot of very good fighters. Interestingly, Nelson's first, longer championship reign was not as impressive as his second, much shorter one. His first reign featured a lot of wins over less than stellar competition. The second time around showed he could beat top fighters. All in all, I give the edge to Hamed who, on his best day, could be very special.

The Professor schools the Prince in a brutal beatdown.

I would take Nelson by UD or possibly a late stoppage. The template to beat Naz was established by Barrera who, like Nelson, had a high ring IQ. Nelson had a solid defense and and iron jaw and he also had more power than Barrera.

No way, Barrera`s resume is far better, look at his fights with Morales, Barrera was a better counter puncher.

Sanchez would have toyed with Naz.

Precisely. Hamed was really good but Nelson was a level above. He would have had an answer for virtually anything The Prince would do.

Nelson via clear decision or late rounds stoppage.

I’d like to have seen how Azuhma would’ve reacted to someone so different. I’d pick Nelson but considering the oddity the phenomenon he was Naz has a chance and isn’t the easy mark people are assuming he is in this instance.

One sided fight. Hamed stands no chance versus the prime Professor. None, whatsoever. Azumah is at least one level above the overrated (and boxing IQ deficient) Hamed, who just might get shutout in this one.

Forget about a round, Hamed might not even win an exchange.

I would have loved to have seen how Hamed would have reacted to having fought a true prime atg as good as Nelson, because he never did.

Simply don't agree here. If I were a gambling man, although I'm not, I would take Azumah over EM, MAB and JMM anytime. And I believe those 3 to be great fighters and am a fan of those 3 as well.

I understand you’re being pointlessly snarky. But I’d like to have seen him hang around longer.
