Parker was the front runner all along for Nov.26. Matchroom do not call the fight. They are under orders by the IBF to face Parker by Jan next year. Parker has a legal claim on that fight and if Joshua does not fulfil his obligation , he gets stripped.

Parker saw an easier route to a world title and has grabbed it. Its not a difficult situation to understand.

Have you got a quote from Pulevs camp that proves he turned it down? Lets have it.

Indeed it's not a difficult situation to understand, both Joshua and Parker could've made sure that the fight happens on Nov. 26. Joshua because everything was agreed with Parker for Nov. 26, Parker because of the IBF deadline. Both teams are happy instead to build the fight up more.

You might not rate Parker but I don't see what your problem is.

We only have Hearn's comments on the Pulev fight, but Pulev has not denied that he was offered the fight. Apparently he wants more money than Hearn is willing to give him. That's good enough for me.

 

The fight not happening on Nov.26 is on Team Parker and Team Parker alone. Its their decision to jump ship to the WBO. Joshua is there and has no other option had Parker a pair of gonads.

Whats the problem here. The ibf always adhere to their rules. Whenever the mandotory is due is when they will call it and whoever is champion will have to follow the rules or be stripped and parker will fight for a vacant title... he would fight joshua or wlad why would it matter to him? He could end up fighting for more than one title...

You really are missing the plot, Duco Events (Parker's promoters) said that they were happy to fight Joshua on Nov. 26. The reason they are not fighting is because Joshua now wants to fight Klitschko and Parker is happy to delay / build-up the fight. Parker's team have not decided to jump ship to the WBO, they just said it was a possibility they were considering.

Hearn says he offered the fight. I know promoters are not always truthful, but the burden of proof is now on your part to prove that Pulev wasn't offered the fight.

 

By far the best heavyweight match-up in the last decade if it actually gets made.

Parkers own team talking about fighting aj in march.. the mando is due up until march not january.

 

January will be exactly 12 months since Martin beat Glaskov. The mando is due in January .
