To put it perfectly simply: Joshua also had the option to fight on Nov. 26, but Eddie Hearn perfers to build up the fight. Hearn has said so himself:

Hearn confirms that if the Klitschko fight can be made they'd take that over Parker:
"From our side, if Wladimir Klitschko against Anthony Joshua can be made for the WBA and the IBF belts, for November 26, we are taking that fight, no question," Hearn told Sky Sports News HQ.

Parker's team confirm they are happy to fight in November if Joshua wants it:
"We have been in contact with Eddie, we will have to wait and see what comes of it. If Joshua wants to take us earlier, we are up for it," Lonergan said. "The plan has always been to fight October 1, then November 26 and fight Joshua in March. But we have said to them right from day one that if you want us to go in November, we are absolutely fine with that as well. We are ready to go."

    And Hearn ackowledges that:

Hearn initially wanted the New Zealand fighter to face David Price on the same bill as Joshua, but Parker's promoter Dean Lonergan confirmed earlier this week that the 24-year-old would be ready to challenge for the title straight away.

"Right now, I'd say Joseph Parker is the favourite to meet AJ."

"All being well between him and Dimitrenko next month - it's looking like Joshua vs Parker in November." says Hearn.

“All being well I think Joseph Parker will be the guy for November 26th. We’ve got a few things to tie up but their team are relatively easy to work with.”

    "Parker's got balls."

    Summary:

    - Joshua could have made the Nov. 26 Parker fight, everything was in place until he decided to go after Klitschko.

    - Parker could have enforced his mandatory status to force the Nov. 26 fight.

Completely false. Dean Lonergan of Duco have already entered negotiations with Top Rank for a fight against Andy Ruiz. This is the statement they released. . AJ vs Klitschko is nothing but speculation. Hearn is throwing out names now that Parker self ejected himself out of the picture.

You're obviously a kiwi and know very little about Eddie Hearn. If you said that in the UK , you'd get laughed all the way back home.
How the fug can i provide proof when no proof exists ? The fact no such proof exists proves they were no offers ever made. Only a fool would believe Hearn offered Pulev a voluntary shot at AJ:smash2::qmeparto:

The fluid circumstances in the wake of WBA and WBO champion Tyson Fury pulling out of his rematch with Wladimir Klitschko for a second time have allowed the Kiwi's management to think outside the square.

And it means they are investigating a different route to a belt rather than via IBF champion Anthony Joshua where they have mandatory rights.

It's clear to me that Joshua vs Klitschko is much closer to being done than Parker - Ruiz.

I am living in the UK - I'm afraid that one falls flat.

And as for your quote: it only says they are investigating the WBO route.

To summarize, you think the sequence is:

Joshua - Parker penciled in for Nov. 26
    Fury debacle
    Parker ducks out of fight
Hearn looking for other options, e.g. Klitschko

    I think it is:

Joshua - Parker planned for 2017
Joshua has difficulty finding an opponent for November
Joshua - Parker now pencilled in for Nov. 26
    Fury debacle
Joshua decides to see if Klitschko unification can be made
Parker decides to investigate the WBO route

In my opinion you have no evidence, while I have Hearn and Duco's word. They are in agreement, and although you may not trust Hearn, Duco are fairly reliable, as any NZ fan can confirm. I don't think there's much point in continuing this discussion as we don't seem to be coming any closer in agreement, so I'll sign off here. Cheers.

My opinion and evidence is based on statements released on a NewZealand website. I posted quotes above which cannot be debated. This is what Duca are saying , not me.

Parker's handlers have already started talks with Andy Ruiz, the Mexican-American who is ranked No 3 at the WBO, about pushing for a title fight in New Zealand for what is expected to be the vacant belt some time between December and February.

"We have got to work out what is in the best interest for Joe. There's no doubt in my mind that the best opportunity for Joe to win a heavyweight title of the world would be right here in New Zealand.

    Parker has abandoned ship.

You are full of garbage Dino. The facts are staring you straight in face in black and white. Three different posters have reiterated the factual statements, yet you still manage to dream up this alternative fantasy where joshua chooses klitschko due to Parker ducking him lol

Tell me, how many times were you dropped on your head?

3 Kiwi posters who only ever post about Parker. They may as well be one person. I never said Joshua chose Klitschko over Parker.. Where did i say that?
I shut down your troll act in one swift blow. I don't take people like you seriously , so don't expect to get much of my time.

Eddie Hearn and Joshua's team must be supremely confident about this fight if they take it. As it stands Wlad brings nothing to the table apart from a name.

Earning a few million extra pounds compared to any other fight he could take right now may have something to do with it
