Does he have a choice? :hey

Refusing a unification with Cotto will make Quintana look very bad . . . especially since he needs to redeem his name against Cotto.

exactly correct. all you needed to look at was his fight against sharmba mitchell to see where his flaws were. a small man like sharmba was able to land at will. the fact that he got ko'd is incidental to my argument since that is what williams was supposed to do. he was not suposed to get hit withthe punches he caught in that fight. he will not beat any tpo level fighter who has any type of movement. he has no defense, no power, and imo no ring sense. he fights small, his only attribute is that famed punch output. and we saw tonight that once he starts getting tagged, that output cuts down dramatically.

Why wouldn't Mosley/Quintana make sense? May 31st is a long ways away.

Quintana is coming off a win and has a belt...Mosley is a name.

Put Judah on the undercard if you can.

Kepp that though when Hopkins fights Joe Cal..but anyway....

Paul did good tonight..Quitana is clearly a better boxer then him...Williams physical advantages took him as far as he could..now its time to get in the gym..get a new trainer..and lets go.

    I Agree.
    Effective punching --- Quintana.
They will try to rob him for sure.

    Forrest is 36...they aint fighting.

Spinks...Is like Quitana on roids...bad matchup for Paul...hell even Floyd would look bad versus him.

Paul would beat the **** out of Mayo though...hopefully thats next.

i still believe cotto would beat quintana, but it would be a tougher fight for sure than the first one for cotto, if quintana stays smart in the ring...

    Congrats for Carlos.
    Williams overated.
    One dimensional.
Quintana did everything he wanted except get the knockout.
He out jabbed, out hooked out punched, out muscled Williams.
Bob/weave, spinnning off the ropes, angles, fighting at the right distance.
What didnt Quintana do except knock Williams out.
