B-Hop has his sights set on Haye after Roy

That was a long time ago and Haye has improved and moved on, the idea that, that fight is somehow a measuring tool to gage this fight is just not viable.
It's like saying hatton could have beat pacman because pacman was beaten to the body and got a loss against guy A and B therefore hatton decent body puncher will beat pac.

 

BHOP would get raped by Haye. I would prefer to see Toney HAYE than BHOP Haye. There is also the possibility that BHOP is just bringing some attention to Haye because Haye is now affiliated with Golden Boy.

Hopkins is a great fighter but this fight is one step to far for Bernard Haye is to young to strong and way to Powerfull this whould be a very stupid move as Haye whould KO Hopkins, Possible brutally and that's no way for a fighter like Hopkins to go out , Ward,Dawson,perhaps Paul Williams whould be a great win to go out on

Bernard Hopkins was a Middle Weight for 90% of his career.

 

I've learned not to doubt B-hop!

 

B-Hop should just support Philly native Eddie Chambers.

 

If this fight actually came off, it would tell me that Hopkins sees something that he believes he can exploit. I'll have $500 on Hopkins if it happens.

 

Ward or Dawson would be tremendously interesting fights for Hopkins. Hopkins would put a world class beating on Williams, no doubt about it.

 

b-hop would win... whenever i hear ppl writing off b-hop, it's almost guaranteed he'll win the fight

 

Haye refused to fight Vitai or Vlad. I think Hopkins would actually beat Haye, but Haye would run and tell the judges to give him another gift of a split or Maj. decision.

Don't underestimate hopkins, he is a decent sized guy with a brilliant defense.
