Absolutely bang on the button. Hopkins for all his faults knows his ****. I'm surprised he's showing Jones all this respect to be honest he's never done it before but respect to him for that.

Here's hoping Jones puts the Welsh homo into orbit :happy

Hopkins telling it like it is... Or at least, tellin' it like HE see's it.

Jones IS a great/legend. Calzaghe is a few wins off being one (and most likely will retire before achieving such accolade).

Hopkins isn't the only one to lose respect for Calzaghe after their fight. Alot of people feel the same way.

To be fair I don't think Hopkins had any respect before the fight so he didn't lose any...the point is he didn't gain any either. That's why I'm surprised he is so complimentary about Jones, first time I've heard that from Hopkins.

What a crock. Bhop is only bitchin' cos White Boy Joe beat his ass.
BHOP always has a hidden agenda. Who is he to call Joe a con merchant!!! After the boring way he fights (or doesn't fight) the last thing he should be calling anyone is a con artist.
I hope Pavlik sparks his ugly crude ass out.
Hopkins is a grade A bully, got his ass handed to him by Joe who should be shown a load more respect. How many defeats does Joe have BHOP???????? And how many do you have!!?? Precisely :think

    :| :|

Key words - Location: LEEDS, ENGLAND
    :-(

It's thought processes like these that ruin the sport... Joe can have his undefeated record he built up by being afraid to leave the UK which has not one single great name on it (a 43 year old Hops don't count - and don't even mention the names Kessler and Lacy and the word Great together). He's still ain't **** compared to B-Hop, as a mid-FORTY B-Hop has already proved.

I'm sorry but whatever you say about Joe nobody can deny that he doesn't score points by slapping sometimes. Hopkins is just saying that the judges may look at this differently this time, after the way many questioned the scoring of his fight.

When pointing out that Calzaghe 'slaps,' he does, Hopkins-Huggers are overlooking the fact that Bernard did nothing in that fight, despite the light touch Joe was putting on his punches B-Hop was desperate for a way out of that fight.

Downtalking Calzaghe will only look his own ability worse, but I guess this has turned into a Euro/Us war.

Other than that, it was a pretty good interview. Thanks Scar.

    Legends B-Hop has fought?

    Two welterweights and one middleweight.

And, he's lost to the middleweight.

The only person trying to pull a con job when Joe and 'nard fought was the guy who did everything in his power to stop a fight breaking out.

    And that wasn't Joe.
