B hop vs Dawson , Who you got??

Gotta roll with bhop.....hes 12-0 against southpaws.

 

Hopkins in a close 115-113 type of fight.

 

I want Dawson to take it, and he has a very good chance..

But you can't bet against Hopkins..

 

bhop split decision where dawson just fizzles out mentally even though it seems he can win it. I expect bhop to be aggressive in this fight. he knows he cant just sit back and allow dawson to be comfortable.

 

I think Dawson has the tools to beat BHop but will have another lackluster performance and lose. Someone needs to light this guys fire!

 

If Dawson's head is screwed on straight, he outworks Hopkins to a UD. If he comes in scattered, like he has for the last two fights, he loses, possibly badly.

 

My heart says Dawson, but my head says Hopkins

I liked Dawson's chances better before he made a trainer change so close to the fight. He has the tools to win, but Hopkins has all the intangible advantages.

 

Im picking Dawson ..I'd be impressed if Hopkins did pull this out ..Thats of course if Dawson shows up..

 

Dawson is a natural gifted boxer, unleashes those combos like he's walking on the park, you can't underestimate a guy that first won the title by completely making Adamek look amateurish. However, Dawson is no fighter and Bernard overdeveloped a technical approach which still doesn't take away the roughness and dirtyness of this blood sport. If BHop respects this young man skills, he'll leave him as his successor but just in case he doesn't commit enough, Chad is going to feel BAD afterwards.

 

chad dawson needs to conquer his own mind first, before he can conquer hopkins in the ring. if he can do that, he has this fight won in my book. but its a big if.
